Jamora has no accounts, so there is no account to delete and nothing of yours is held on a server that you would need to ask us to remove. This page explains exactly where your data is and how to get rid of it.
Game progress and settings
Levels cleared, stars, coins, boosters, cosmetics and your settings are stored only on your device. Two ways to erase them:
- Uninstall Jamora. Android removes the app's storage with it.
- Keep the app, clear the data: Android Settings → Apps → Jamora → Storage → Clear storage. The game restarts from level 1.
Analytics and crash reports
These are off unless you turned them on. If you did and want the history removed, email aimlagentslabs@gmail.com from the address you contact us on, tell us your device model and roughly when you played, and we will ask Google to delete the associated records. Firebase retains analytics data for at most 14 months, and crash reports for 90 days, after which they expire on their own.
Advertising identifier
Adverts are served by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID. That identifier belongs to your device, not to us. Reset or delete it in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, or withdraw consent inside the game at Settings → Privacy options.
Subscriptions
A Jamora Premium subscription is held by Google Play, not by us. Manage or cancel it at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops future billing; deleting app data does not cancel a subscription.
